Terms Policy

General Terms & Conditions

By using the Union Super Mart website to place orders or request quotations, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and related policies.

Product Information

We provide accurate product names, images, specifications, prices and availability on our website. However, customers are responsible for reading, understanding, and reaching out to our customer service portals for support in case of concerns about the products or the service, before placing/confirming orders and quotations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, delivery information, contact information and product requirements. Customers should read product descriptions, sizes, warranty terms and delivery information before placing an order or accepting a quotation.

Submitting an order does not automatically confirm product availability. Union Super Mart may confirm availability, delivery charges, payment status or other details before dispatch, especially for bulky items, high-value products, special orders, supplier orders and location-based deliveries.

Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. If a pricing error is identified, we may contact the customer to correct the order before processing.

Customers must provide correct name, phone number, email address and delivery address. Union Super Mart is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Union Super Mart is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road access restrictions, payment delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty Related Terms & Conditions

Some branded products, including tools, machinery, electrical items and appliances, may include manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the relevant manufacturer, supplier or authorised service agent terms.

Customers should keep invoices, warranty cards, product serial numbers and packaging where applicable, as these may be required for warranty claims.

Warranty may not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, overloading, physical damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, consumables, accessories, blades, bits, batteries or damage caused by unsuitable use.

Union Super Mart will assist customers with warranty coordination where possible, but final warranty approval may depend on the manufacturer, supplier or authorised service agent.

Payment Related Terms & Conditions

Union Super Mart may offer payment methods such as PayHere online payment, bank transfer and cash on delivery where available. Payment options may vary depending on product type, order value, delivery location and business approval. Online payment processing is subject to the terms of the relevant payment gateway provider.

For bank transfer orders, customers must complete the payment and provide proof of payment where requested. Orders will be processed after payment confirmation.

Cash on delivery may be available for selected products and selected delivery locations. Union Super Mart may refuse or limit cash on delivery for bulky items, high-value products, appliances, machinery, special orders or locations where COD is not practical.

Union Super Mart does not store full card details. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
