Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 business days of delivery or purchase, subject to product condition, product type and approval by Union Super Mart.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in original packaging and returned with a receipt, invoice or order confirmation.

If an item is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must contact Union Super Mart within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. After review, we may arrange a replacement, refund, repair support or warranty assistance where applicable.

Cut materials, mixed or tinted paint, cement, chemicals, adhesives, opened or connected electrical items, installed products, used products, clearance items, special-order products, supplier-order products and items damaged by customer misuse may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by Union Super Mart and the return is approved by us.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method, bank or payment gateway.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by Union Super Mart.

Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, overloading, water damage, physical damage or poor handling will not be accepted as normal returns.
