Delivery is available across Sri Lanka, subject to product availability, delivery route, delivery partner coverage, and order confirmation.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock, payment confirmation, delivery location and product type.

Bulky items such as appliances, machinery, cement, steel, roofing sheets, blocks, tiles, large pipes and building materials may require additional delivery time, scheduled delivery and additional delivery charges.

Delivery charges may depend on delivery location, order size, weight, product type, vehicle requirement and unloading requirements. Delivery charges may be calculated at checkout, confirmed by invoice or confirmed by our team before dispatch.

Customers will receive order confirmation after placing an order. For bulky items, special orders, supplier orders or location-based delivery charges, our team may contact the customer before dispatch.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. For large or heavy items, the customer may need to provide suitable access and unloading assistance where required.

Customers should inspect items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage or incorrect product should be reported immediately or within 48 hours with clear photos.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or access is not possible, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
